Delivery in the UK
For UK deliveries we send all packages first class delivery. Delivery costs are £5.50 per delivery regardless of quantity.

Deliveries outisde the UK
For deliveries within the E.U outside the UK delivery charges will be £15.00.

Deliveries Worldwide
We are pleased to ship our goods to addresses worldwide. Our charges for postage and packing are based on the weight of the total items and packing costs. There are some countries we will not ship to. You will be advised of this at checkout, and invited to contact us to proceed with your order. This is a fraud prevention measure.

Returns
If any goods purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition including tags within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or within 14 days of reciept for an exchange. Please read the terms and conditions for more detail and applicability.

Please include your returns form in the parcel and send the parcel to our address.

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Daizie Brown at your own expense.
